comment error

everything in my coppermine gallery works great except for the comments. When you try to leave a comment this is what it says

Script called without the required parameter(s).

File: /home/slimtai/public_html/coppermine/db_input.php - Line: 332

I have searched and tried to fix this myself with no luck

register globals are off
file upload is on
silly safe thing is on via htaccess
running cpg 1.35
