Hi,
I love CPG, specially because of the awesome support team and this is why I'm implementing yet another website with CPG. But I need a bit of help again and was hoping someone can either point me in right direction or maybe help me put it together.
I'm making a website for a soccer team at my university. Amongst other things we will have a photo gallery ofcourse, and I was wondering if there's a way we can make people signup for matches in one of CPG pages? So that once someone is logged in, he can go to this page within CPG, and then choose a date he wants to play (dropdown menu if possible), the team he wants to play and if the team is not yet completed be able to click "sign up for the game" or something and be registered for it. An option to unregister will be helpful too.
This or any other idea to basically manage such games will be veeeryyy appreciated. Thanks

You will need to find someone to code this for you either on voluntary basis or by hiring him/her.

If you are willing to pay then your thread will be moved to the respective board.

oh ok. I was thinking it would be kinda simple but since its not, I'll try to find a script to implement. thanks for letting me know

A work around would be to install a BBS type service onto coppermine or bridge to one where your players can all sign up and discuss all sorts of things.

For fun, you could set up Categories for each game (Where when and what time) with two albums (team red, team blue), with permissions to all registered users.   Users who want to join a team would upload their pics or avatars until a maximum number (album description field) was reached.   After the game is played, you could upload more pics into the albums highlighting the game and announce the results in the Category description.
