Show/Hide Albums in Profile

Is it possible to config coppermine so that users may show/hide a certain album(s) by checkin/unchecking a radio-button in their profile?
I'm using phpbb....

Of course it would be possible to code something for a phpbb profile. However I'm not that familiar with phpbb
