Second section under picture

I would like to have other section with a few fields means that we have section under image: "File information" with a few fields e.g.: Filename, Album name etc.
and I would like to have second section: e.g. "Equip & technics" with fields: equip technical, film-material, generally additional iformation about how this pictures was made.

I know about hacks that added more fields in File section but IO would like to have second section with a few fields,

Or could you tell me how add a few fields under picture above description means that I alway want to have on the eyes e.g.: title, description and additional field ( but not in section File information below
