i just upgraded to the newest CPG version (from 1.1.0)

and now i seem not to be able to use my own theme anymore (ip-block missing )

what should i add to the template files? how do i make CPG 1.x themes work with CPG 1.2.1?

edit: another question: how do i prevent cpg to display all albums in the different categories at the main page?! i just want it to display the categories (like with cpg 1.x)

Use a diff viewer like winmerge to compare your old template files to a newer template that closely matches your current one.  Then just add over the changes, and debug anything weird.
Read the Online DOCs, FAQ, and SEARCH the board BEFORE posting questions for help.

thanks for the reply :)
yeah i know, but i'd prefer to get instructions (if there are any)

can you answer my 2nd question?

in config, turn 'Show first level album thumbnails in categories' to NO.
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here

 MaThIbUs, you're at it again! You were short to get banned once, be warned again! Nobody cares if you prefer to get instructions (read: you're lazy!). If you want instructions, do the diff view and write a set of instructions and post them here. Then we could say you have done on tiny thing for the coppermine community instead of always asking things, irritating people and posting wannabe-hacks that don't work. You have been around this board long enough to know how the cookie crumbles - read first, then think, then (if everything else fails) ask politely.

thanks casper

gaugau > i'm embarassed atm.. i didn't ask anyone to MAKE these instructions, i'd just love to have them if there were. :(

but allright, i'll look for it and make a tutorial or something when i have the time. i hope you can forget about all this then 'cause i'm really
