album/userppics problems

I don't know why but everytime I try to upload a pic on my gallery it says this:

the destination folder albums/userpics/10001/ it's not writable by script !

anyone knows why?

i have three galleries like this and the other twon doesn't make that problem. Please help me I really need to upload the pictures to the gallery

Maybe because the folder isn't writable for the script . Do as Stramm suggested

I checked the permissions and tried to change them to 777 but they always returne to 755. I've already posted some pics and after a few days it gave me that error

and I'm sure the album is not private.

privacy and permissions on file/folder-level are not related

Try using a different ftp app to change the permissions.
