Error Warnings & Very Slow Loading

I have the following error notices:

CPG debug notices:

Also, the page generates quickly but doesn't actually appear for approximately 30 seconds (a blank page with only the CPG title is displayed). This gallery was moved from one server to another, then updated from an original CGP database and file directory backup of 1.2.x to 1.4.3.
