How to add a menu item and own content pages

I would like to add own menu items to the main menu (this is not a problem as I was able to remove some other items ...)

But I would like to add own content (php-Skripts that appear than on the "main content part" of the page).

Is there something written what to do (or which scripts to include) for this to work ?

This might also be useful for legal disclamier pages - other modules written by users or just plainly html content ...
