Install problem PHP??

Here is the error message I am getting at the install screen. I type in all of my info including MySQL database info and when I hit "let's go!" This is what I get     

Unable to write config file 'include/config.inc.php'

Can someone please help me

Make include directory world writable i.e. chmod 777

Tried that. Even tried the other one as recommended in the tutorials.

did you read the whole permissions section I refered to? If CHMODing doesn't work for you, you might have to ask your webhost for support (possible reason: you may not be allowed to chmod at all, or you're on Windows webhosting, or your host may have to chown for you).

Yes, I did read it all and I have read it again I will contact my webhost and see if I am set up to not be able to CHMOD. Thanks, I'll get back with you if I need to. Melissa
