Autoresponders and other notes to users

HI,

I want to personalize the messages that are shown on the screen read by users (e.g., disclaimer ) as well as auto-email responses sent.  Where do I find these?  I looked at the FAQ and Manual TOC but I did not find sections addressing them. Thanks.
