Removing "random images" and "last added"

Hello all, been staring at the config page for a while now trying to find out where to disable / remove the "random images" and "last added" sections that come by default on the main viewing page.

I imagine I could simply remove the relevant sections from the template, but I would prefer to make the proper changes in the config section if possible.

I searched, but couldn't find anything on random or last added sections.
