I am not able to create category on coppermine gallery

Hello Friends,

This is Ankit, I am web designer, I have install coppermine on my server by using C panel fantastico. Everything is working perfectly,  but when I create category, it shows me that "500 Internal Server Error" - The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

I can create Album yet, But I would like to create albums under different categories.

We can't say anything about the installations done through any 3rd party installers. Try a clean installtion by downloading a copy from here.

For a start provide a link to your gallery along with test user account.

Also check your server logs for the error messages.
