Hi,

I have a problem. I try to change language from English to Finnish but the gallery just does't change it. When I change it and press "Save new configuration" it apparently doesn't save it. It doesn't give any kind of error message or anything like that. When I save the new configuration, it seems to work. It says "Coppermine configuration was updated". But it just doesn't change the language. When I go back to configuration panel, I can see that gallery hasn't changed the language and it's still English. What's wrong here? Did I miss something?

I'm using the latest version of coppermine gallery (v1.4.6) with Blackbirch-theme.

Thanks for your help.

I cleared the cookies. Didn't work. I tried first to clear cookies and then set the language. After that didn't work I set the language and then cleared the cookies. Didn't work either. The language bounces back to English right after I have saved the new configuration.

Is there anything else I can do?

you can't change the language in config. Coppermine auto detects your browsers lang and sets the language the browser uses. Either enable the language selector and change the language there, delete all language files except finnish or read http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=30686.0

Is it possible to have language selector and choose default language to be for example Finnish? Most of the users of my gallery are propably Finnish who's computer language can be whatever since they use computers all over the world. It would be easier for them if the language is Finnish and for those who speak English or some other language there would be language selector.
