Strange (and unwanted) popups and popunders...?

When hitting Coppermine from the main page (http://www.jamesestout.com), CM will come up, but so will several popups and popunders.  What's the deal with that?  How do I stop it?  Are we the victim of one of the exploits?  How do I repair things, if this is the case?

I went to your home page, then clicked the "Gallery" link but didn't get any popups or unders. I am at work, so maybe thre is blocking going in that I am unaware of. Have you tried it on another PC?

That's the first line in the code I see and I think responsible for the popups. How they get there... I dunno. Maybe your host your even you added that line??
