Different acsess for different user

Ok,
i am new to this nice software so i need a little help.

Problem:
I have 4 public albums, all visitors can see it but they can upload pics only in one album.

I have one superuser who can upload pics to other 3 public album.

I couldn't`t set up this, because if i set permissions for Anonymous users to upload files
to Public albums then they can upload in all 4 folder but i want to allow it to only one.

Is this possible ?

Sorry, maybe you didn`t understand me well.

I don`t know how to setup limitation per group.
I want to have one public album where anonymus users can upload picture and 3 other album where only one super user have upload permission.

Hope u understand me better.
