404 - File not found (It's not creating any files beyond the default ones)

Hi All,

I have just installed CMG according to the instructions and all seemed fine. However when I click on any of the links to albums or catagories (or photos once I've uploaded them) I get 404 - File not found.

I thought it may be a permission thing, but I've tried various things including giving the whole directory r/w/e permissions - but still no luck!

Can anyone help me with this??
