Hello,

How I will do so that everyone could commentate pictures, like in older version 1.3 ?
if this isnt possible in 1.4 ver then is somewhere the place where i can download the older version?

Enable comments for Anonymous group from group manager page.

...as in older versions of coppermine. The method to allow comments hasn't changed.
