What do I do next with coppermine photo gallery???

I downladed coppermine photo gallery, and i don't no what to do next, how do i start creating it, i have a server to upload it and i use dreamweaver to to create my site, when i open the files they open in Dreamweaver, i really need help, what do i do now i downloaded coppemine photo gallery??? PLz can sum1 help me??
