Batch adding pictures in Nuke?

I uploaded a folder of pictures and when I go to add them it says the folder in not writable and I need to change the mode to 777 or 755. How do I do this?

use your ftp program.  Connect to your site.  There is usually a method, such as right clicking on the folder, which brings up a menu.  Click on properties, and change it there.

Note, some free ftp programs cannot chmod folders/files.
