Moderators Group

Hi, I think that it would be good idea to have Moderators Group in 1.5.x version of Coppermine. My site is vast and it's hard for me to handle it alone.
Moderators can have this abilities:
- Control the Pictures waiting for Uproval.
- Delete Pictures from all albums.
- Delete Comments and ban users.
I hope that my request will bi approved for the new version.
