I'm administrator of my coppermine gallery and I got banned. Its new gallery and there aren't any users. But I got banned, what should I do now?

You probably tried to login too often with an incorrect password, so you got temporarily banned (a feature that is suppossed to limit the impact of a possible brute-force attack). Either wait untill the temporary ban expires or empty the corresponding ban entry manually by editing the database (using phpMyAdmin).
You can set the threshold for the above mentioned feature in Coppermine's config (number of failed login attempts and wait time before the ban expires).

how long is the ban? and also where do i edit phpmyadmin?

phpmyadmin is a tool for editing your mysql database. It's often part of your hosting package control panel.

If you read the above post you will see that the time length for the ban is set in your config
It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.
