that's not the way coppermine is supposed to work - you can not use an inclusion command. Embedding is only possible with <frame> or <iframe> (not recommended). Better solution: create your own coppermine theme to match the look of coppermine to the rest of your site and create a common navigation both in your homepage and coppermine. See my personal page for a working example.
