Every user has access to Admin mode

Hi

I have installed Coppermine 1.2.1 together with phpbb 2.0.6c and everything works fine except that every user has access to Admin mode in Coppermine.

What have I done wrong in the installation?
How can I remove this, only I as an admin shall have this possibility to access Admin mode?

Every user has the 'admin mode' button, but only admin get all the admin options.  Normal users just get 3 buttons, to create/order their own albums, modify their albums, and their profile.
