[solved]: Missing titles on Empty Albums In category

Using the default template or mac os X with language set to english.

The titles for empty albums on the 'home' page (category list) at the start of the album list show OK.

However when you click the category link, the album list for that category does not show the titles of empty albums before the first album with pictures contained in it. The titles of empty albums after the first containing pictures show OK in the list.  

If you move the albums that were not showing after the one with pictures contained in it, the title shows up OK. If you add any picture to the empty album at the start of the list, the titles show OK.

If you remove the last picture in the first album, the title disappears again.

Debug mode returns the following notices(path removed - this is a public board and I don't want to show that info), I have highlighted the line that looks to be indicating the fault:

this is a known problem, affecting empty albums.  Put a pic in the first album in the category, and it should be cured.
