Hello,

I have many photogalleries but to ensure that only desired photos could be included in appropriate galleries and they are "screen optimized", there is only one central gallery*** (see note below)  where all other registered individuals could upload their photos -- first to achieve the screen image optimization process and also for the Curators or Community Leaders to select images that will qualify for inclusion in the other galleries.  This strict policy is presented in the "Flickr group"; but not all people read directions and the site is open also to non-members of the group who would not have read the policy in the Flickr group.

I am tired writing to people already why their registration could not be approved in other sites.

So, I was wondering what files can I revise so that when the people try to register and/or login I can include in the form:

If you wish to upload photos, please register in the [name  of gallery], send us an email [email address here] sharing a bit about yourself and your sample photos.  Include link here also about PhotoSubmission Policies.

Thanks.

Cornelio

***Note, the other sites still allow registration and login because authorized users, e.g., Curators or Community Leaders are   are  allowed to upload images in other sites, and more important, registered users may post comments in other sites, all sites are open for registration, and subsequent login once approved.
