Fatal error : Help

I recently got error on my CPG. I have not done anything like upgrade, file edit or any other things.
When I turned on the debug_mode from phpmyadmin I got an error msg below

mySQL error: Table './pictures_copp1/cpg_sessions' is marked as crashed and should be repaired

What should I do to solve the problem
