Fatal error: Allowed memory size of... After install

Hi ,
i have a problem with coppermine just right after installing it.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 389024 bytes) in /####/include/functions.inc.php on line 2040

I saw in this forum similar posts , but the problem is with uploading. In my case after installing the script and i clicked at last screen received blank page with this message

What i have to do ?

Ok , i didn't set all the permissions...
