Autocreate a budies only album on the first upload?

I would like that cpg give all users a buddies only album (inc. Album discretion) right from the start...

I use CPG 1.4.18+modpack bridged to SMF 1.1.15

There are mods that create user albums when they register. Search and modify this mod so it sets 'visibility' to '-1'. That's all.
