double config?

okay, i'm so sorry if it was posted before. i understand the mods who have to delete the same pointless threads/posts over and over again. don't know if i put it in the correct section. 
so, i'm in trouble. i was trying to fix it in many ways, and reinstalling coppermine, but that doesn't work.
when i go to configuration on my admin's account...
there are sections like album settings, comment settings, templates settings (don't know how it exactly goes, i have the polish version) but i hope you know what i mean.
and, afterthe last section (addictional informations) like occupation, biography and that stuff there should be somthing like "update" there's... ANOTHER CONFIG BOX along with header and login/log out and... just like widnow in window -.- after the last box there's "powered by *****". so there is where the config should end, but why the hell do i have another one?!
okay, hard to explain so this is how it looks. the last section ends and the new config begins...

We don't delete threads unless they are spam or similar crap.

Instead of a screenshot it would help more to post a link to your gallery. Sounds like your webhost is injecting something into your page. In the future, please don't hotlink images, but attach them as I did for you.

My gallery is http://emilieautumngallery.cba.pl, there's nothing on this gallery, 'cause when i installed it every time i wanted to try to change the settings. But I couldn't.

As I expected, your webhost is injecting things: when trying to access your template file, a graphical banner is injected at the top and a textual link ("Darmowy Hosting CBA.PL") is injected at the bottom. Both items don't exist in the HTML source, so your webhost is injecting this for sure. They don't have a proper 404 error page, but redirect to their services page. You can't use coppermine on such crappy, cheap webspace. Look for a better webhost. Nothing else I could possibly recommend.
