Posting a screenshot should always be done as a attachment not a as link and only when it is usefull to post it. This is just a blank webbrowser screen.

This is the url of your gallery: http://lusotruckfan.net/cpg1410/index.php

As it looks like you upgrade from 1.4.10 to 1.4.19 you might want to read this thread:

Take a wild guess at what you should have done then..
Read that thread i pointed you at in case you did get hacked and follow the steps as described.

Bruno Silva

I cant solve the problem can somebody help me?? :-[

I must update to .19? and if i note replace the imagens and albuns i dont lose anything?

Hein Traag

Yes it's a must unless you like having a site which can be hacked.
No your images and such wil not be lost when you follow the normal update procedure as can be read in the documentation
Yes we do have documentation.. read it.

Bruno Silva

Hey, im doing a new installation of .19..
But appear that:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 276364 bytes) in /home/lusotruc/public_html/cpg1419/include/functions.inc.php on line 2046

And another question, then its possible replace the file albums that i have from the version .10?...and that way i wouldn´t have to create all the albums again, and upload 5 by 5 images...im talking about near 2000 photos...

Regards

Hein Traag

I assume you read this part in the docs:
Quote3.1.3 Upgrading from cpg1.4.0 or better to version cpg1.4.19
First, make a backup (dump) of your database.
Backup your include/config.inc.php file, your anycontent.php file and your "albums" directory.
Unpack the archive
Except for the "albums" directory, upload all of the new files and directories making sure not to overwrite the include/config.inc.php file, your anycontent.php file or the albums directory.
Run the file "update.php" in the coppermine directory once in your browser (e.g. http://yourdomain.tld/coppermine/update.php). This will update your coppermine install by making all necessary changes in the database.
If you have made a custom theme, apply the changes that were introduced in the themes structure to your custom-made theme - refer to the theme-upgrade guide.
Please note: as there have been changes both in the coppermine files and the database from cpg1.4.0 or better to cpg1.4.19, users of older versions than cpg1.4.19 will have to apply all steps mentioned above: both the files have to be replaced and the update.php script has to be run once.

If you follow these steps by the letter then no albums wil be harmed in the proces of upgrading.
But since you were using 1.4.10 despite it being 9 versions behind it also is wise to read up on the "i have been hacked thread" i mentioned earlier.

But why is appearing that?
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 276364 bytes) in /home/lusotruc/public_html/cpg1419/include/functions.inc.php on line 2046

i cant fin the answer..

Fabricio Ferrero

You won't find unless you search for it, right?

Don't be lazy. Search for "Allowed memory size"  >:(

But my problem is not when i uploading pictures is just when i try to acced to the gallery...

Go back to the start and try to upgrade following the recommended method as outlined earlier.

Use a FTP program such as Filezilla to do so.
It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.

Bruno Silva

First time i do it with Filezilla, and give the same error..Then i do it automatilly in the control panel of my site with in fantastico mode...

Bruno Silva

I think the problem is that i dont have a theme...

Hein Traag

Do not use Fantastico at all. It's, for lack of a better word, crap.

Do a manual installation of 1.4.19 to get rid of the problems. Then reupload the images again using ftp+batch add or CPGMassImport plugin.
