Noob needs help deleting an admin & making myself one! Thanks!

HI I had a coppermine site made a few months ago. The guy who did it for me, kinda bailed out of the project. He is still the admin. I am just a user. How do I delete him as and admin and make myself an admin? I am really not knowledgeable on coding or programming, so please forgive me if I ask more questions to your responses, and THANK YOU for helping!
