Dear all,

I hope someone can help me, sorry, my english is not so very good, but i do the best  ;)

I have a gallery installed (www.ukopics.de) and i am registred with my user as an admin.
When i start admin mode, i can see all Settings etc.

But when i try to change some setting, "for expamle numbers of albums to display" and i klick on "save settings"
a white page opens, only with a field username and passwort and the message "please authenticate"

When i type in my username and Passwort and klick on sign in, only the footer of my website is displayed.
When i open my site again, the settings have not been changed, there are the old settings.

My galerie has 21639 Files, in 175 albums, 230 commentc and is viewed 492388 times.
Could this be a problem with the database?

I attach a screenshot of this white page, with the login mask, perhaps can someone tell me, what i can do to solve the problem?

Thank you very much for your help!!!

See Yikes, I've been hacked! Now what? - pay special attention to your include/config.inc.php file.

Keep your gallery up to date and you won't get hacked.

Hello,

thanks for information. Now, i have updates all files to the latest CGP Version 1.4.1 and have done the update. Only the Albums Directory have not been replaced.

The update was successfully, but i still get this error message. Is it possible that the problem persists in the Database??
My config file is ok and has the correct data to connect to the database.

I only want to know is, if the problem is in Coppermine or should i contact my provider, regarding problems with the SQL Database??

Did you follow step by step what Nibbler suggested or you just updated your gallery?

Please, do as suggested in that Thread step by step.

Edited: By the way, last stable release available is not 1.4.1 but 1.4.21 !
