[Solved]: Language for the Public

my gallery is open for everybody. no registration needed.
but i can't see any language menu where the guests could change the language of the gallery.
is language changing only for members?

This is available in version 1.3, as a standard admin settable option.
In earlier versions, it is a mod available, using the 'anycontent.php'.
