[Solved]: SubAdmin Group without the Config Menu Option

Is there an easy way or a hack available that will allow me to create a subadmin group that will have every admin option available to them except the main config area.  The easiest way would probably be to hide the 'config' button on the admin menu when someone from this group logs in.

I want to give a few people the ability to look after the site but not be able to change the main configuration.

It does exactly what you want, but will not work with version 1.3, afaik.
