Rating & Comments don't work

I've read the documentation
I've set permissions to 0755
I've ensured that group permissions allow voting, comments and ecards
I've ensured that album properties permit comments and rating
I've cleared cache (cookies, saved fields, etc)
I've used three different browsers (firefox, chrome and IE8)

However, I see no e-card option, can't rate pictures and see no comments fields.

you've disabled the intermediate size view. Here rating, comments and the send ecard button are located
