I'm still using 1.2.1 because I heavily modded it and it worked fine until we moved to another server.

I have the same screen as in http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=7155.0 BUT here is my directory structure : http://www.kkwavefront.org/media/albums/

So where is my error?

(sent admin login to Gaugau)

That is a 1.3 problem, and you say you are running 1.2.1.
Are you trying to use some 1.3 files (such as searchnew.php) with 1.2.1?

Have you chmoded these folders to the same as the albums folder?
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here

I just uploaded a standard 1.2.1
all my folders are chmoded 777
