I don't know what was wrong with me that day.I did not understood what Jeff Bailey or Andre is saying .

Anyway the code works fine but enable and disable show uploader name under  the thumnails is not an option anymore.Will always show so I use css do add "uploaded by" before the username.

Add this in themes/your_theme_name/your_style_name.css:
