Just look at the url for that album, it will be something like '...../thumbnails.php?album=12'.

This is the album url.  Link to it the same way you would any other link.

...if you want to link to an individual pic, take a look at the url in the pic info section at the bottoms of the individual pic's page (toggle it with the (i) button).
