I only see 5 blank fields for step 9, in Chrome and I.E., screenshot below.

Which field corresponds to what, 1= username, 2/3 = password, etc...?

Thanks

In firefox you can right click near the field or in the field (see attachment inspect firefox1.jpg) that opens the inspect tab to see the text (see attachment inspect firefox2.jpg) or you right click on the page and choose View page source not Inspect element (see attachment inspect firefox1.jpg).

Inspect Element worked, then I got to step #10, which was just a continue arrow, and when I clicked that I received this error:

Quote500 Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Perhaps I missed something?

I thing is a server error. Could even be a temporary problem at your web hosting provider of colud be that the server was to slow. Did the installation steps took a lot of time?

Go to your gallery link and  see if is fine.

matheso

The installation was as quick as I could click the next button. There was an odd lack of text it seemed and all I mainly did was click the arrow (besides entering username/pass). After step #10 completed then it gave the error I posted above.

So I'm not sure if it's installed correctly - and don't know how to go to my gallery link as you mentioned.

Sorry for my noviceness, I'll apply anything you provide. Thank you.

I solved this issue by contacting my host, and they said english.php was missing from my site, so they added it and now it works fine. Weird..
