Theme switching for mobile

Hey Folks,

With the new google penalty for non-mobile friendly sites, I was wondering if there's a way to install a simple 'theme switching' plugin .. something like the Bootstrap theme if mobile devices are detected. It would save having to entirely the mod the theme for desktop sites .. my site is heavily modified, and the bulk of my business visitors are desktop users (or tablets), but I'd like to have a simple mobile friendly version available.

Would that be possible?
