When i go to the install.php file it comes up with "Fatal error: Failed opening required 'include/sql_parse.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /home/fussellj1/public_html/copper/install.php on line 34 " on screen,
What am i doing wrong?

apparently your server is misconfigured. Check that the file in question actually resides on your server. If it does, contact your webhost and ask the to cure the include path issue for you. If you're running your own webserver, you're lucky: you know the admin and can ask him for support
