I am also interested in the right hand menu. I wonder is there a theme that has similar right menu. I have search all the themes on the demo and hasn't found one yet.

Please do not post on unrelated threads. This is known as hijacking.  We have a policy on one topic per thread.
Splitting from unrelated thread.

There is a section in the faq on how to add right hand menus, and the theme 'Reynolds' has this.  This is not shown on the demo, but you can see it and download it here.
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here
