Profile Problem

How can I modify my profile settings that when a user click on another users profile he can se his interests and stuff and not like this:
http://motorfreaks.org/gallery/profile.php?uid=50
Only date join and files uploaded

you need to actually add something so that it displays. So just fill in location, interests or website URL and it will display

Okay bad example cause that user didnt had any information,
but what about this one:
http://motorfreaks.org/gallery/profile.php?uid=39
In that link nothing really.
But in admin mode userlist and the "e" logo I can see everything.
