change DB IP storage fields to accommodate IPv6 addresses
remove use of E_STRICT (PHP 8.4 deprecated)
update README to reflect new website
align code with new .com CPG website
correct deprecation in captcha

Well, I've installed the gallery, changed the layout, everthing works BUT I can't upload my pictures... ???
After uploading I usually get this error message:

HTTP/1.1 200 OK

I've no idea what to do :-[

do you upload from your local machine or do you use url upload... cause that one won't work on every server
