no permision to access /cpg144/install.php

i get Forbidden

you dont have permission to access /cpg144/install.php on this server

i have tried putting the whole cpg144 on chmod 777 plus both folders as required inside but still the same error comes even when logged in as root.

  i will be happy to answer any questions as its driving me nuts now any help will be greatly appreciated

talk to your host. Some restrict access to files like install.* or even config.*

777 may be wrong for your server setup. Try 755.

fixed this one problem was the chcon command for selinux
