move database to nuke

i posted this here cos it wouldnt let me post it in the phpnuke support page 4 sum reason

anyway, i have coppermine 1.2 installed and i just installed phpnuke 6.8

whats the best way for me to copy my coppermine usernames, albums, pics, comments etc into phpnuke so i dont lose them?
