trouble viewing photos in version 1.14

Hi

I'm having trouble viewing uploaded photos the photos upload o.k after i am given the  option of what album to put the photo in
i get the error below, therefore the photo is not visible in the album but on the server

by the way i am uploading them in admin mode

1. what does mean i have exceeded my quota ?

2. what causes this problem,

any help will be greatly appreciated

Ver 1.14 is unsopported.

Cpg1.4.19 - upgrade mandatory!

Change it from the group panel control the value of Kb allowed.
