Users registered File Upload

Hi, this is my problem.
Suppose that:

.- A gallery with category and relative sub-category
.- In the category an album for each user registered
.- Every category and albums are public view.

Ex:

The problem:

i would like that every  registered  user can upload pictures in his album, but not in every albums. (ex: Mark can only upload pictures in Pets->Dogs->Mark)

I hope to have explain my problem.
