Uploadin new image and continuing is throwing 404 error?

Hi, i upgraded my gallery to version 1.5.12 and when i logged in as admin and used the upload file option to upload image into a album..


When i select a file it tells and uploading and then it shows continue and when i click continue it throws the 404 error .

The error msg is as follows..

Means you have the url to your gallery set to our site instead of your own. Change it in config.
