Possibility to change default of "Last Uploaded" to "Random Image" for album thumbnail images.

Is this already possible?  I couldn't find anything anywhere to change this.

Maybe someone knows of a plug in that can do this?

Valid request. This isn't possible yet and I think it's also not possible to change that behavior with a plugin (we'd need a new plugin hook). The best option may be to add a new config value, which could be changed via a plugin or directly in the database, as we cannot add new options to the config page in cpg1.5.x.
